I owned a bustling specialty food shop when my life was upended by illness. After that unexpected turn, I began creating nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory recipes. Now, I focus on keeping ingredient lists short and preparation times manageable—because cooking well should feel accessible and satisfying.
