I wanted to note that high levels of heavy metals are present in many brands of dark chocolate, including Trader Joes. This was a big bummer for me, since cacao is such a great antioxidant.

Another depressing note, most California and conventional almonds are treated with a nasty chemical after harvesting. I don't have the reference on hand but it is in the book How Not to Die by Michael Gregor MD. So, topping with another variety of nut that isn't cashews or peanuts may be a healthier option.
